The University of Rochester is seeking individuals to review, via a short survey, its new Dashboard Decision tool, that they hope will aid in the the decision making process surrounding treatment. They are looking for both newly diagnosed as well as already treated individuals. The survey will only take a few minutes and can be done from within any internet browser.
